Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide 1st Level Support via phone, email, and a ticketing system, manage IMAC services, administer Windows 10 including Active Directory, and handle printer management and documentation. The ideal candidate will have initial professional experience as an IT Service Technician Agent, with knowledge of client hardware (notebooks, desktops, printers) and Windows 10 administration with Active Directory user management. While not mandatory, experience with Android, iOS, MS Office, and MS Exchange is desirable.
