Job Summary

This role involves planning, supervising, and managing technical maintenance tasks within electrical engineering for municipal buildings. Responsibilities include cost estimation, creating specifications and drawings, overseeing contract execution and billing, and advising on electrical projects. The ideal candidate will possess initiative, responsibility, problem-solving skills, and strong organizational abilities, along with several years of relevant professional experience in building technology and a solid understanding of relevant electrical standards and regulations. Successfully completed vocational training as a state-certified technician in electrical engineering OR completed vocational training as a master electrician (with equivalent skills and experience).

Experience
