Job Summary

The Bezirk Mittelfranken is seeking an Instructor for the Electrical Engineering/Electronics vocational field at their Vocational Training Center (BBW HSL) in Nuremberg. This role involves training young people with special needs, specifically in the 'Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems' and 'Electrician for Device Technology' specializations. You will guide participants through their vocational preparation and work trials, provide instruction for all years of apprenticeship, and coordinate practical work experiences. The position requires a certified master craftsman or technician in electrical engineering/electronics, significant professional experience in the electronics field, and ideally, experience training young people. A strong pedagogical approach, empathy, and willingness to learn sign language are crucial.
