As the Laboratory Manager for Quality Control, you will lead the "Internal Finished Products" lab team of 10 employees, providing both technical and disciplinary leadership. You will deputize for the Head of Quality Control, overseeing all QC departments and ensuring timely product release by managing staff deployment. A key responsibility is ensuring adherence to GMP guidelines, including OOS and deviation processes, while continuously developing your team and processes. This role requires a strong background in chemistry or pharmacy, extensive laboratory and leadership experience, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
