Job Summary

This role focuses on the implementation and continuous improvement of a Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system, specifically NOVA-FM, for the operational engineering and maintenance management of a hospital. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a comprehensive database of assets, buildings, and maintenance schedules, as well as developing and implementing digital documentation and fault reporting systems. The position involves administering the CAFM system, analyzing and optimizing operational processes, and establishing a key performance indicator (KPI) and reporting system. The ideal candidate will train and support users, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be adept at process and project management. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Experience in managing CAFM systems or comparable software solutions is desirable, ideally in a hospital setting.
  • Knowledge of technical building and maintenance management, including operator obligations, technical regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Experience and interest in process and project management, as well as digitalization initiatives.
  • Professional experience in IT or real estate-related fields, or in Facility Management, Business Informatics, Civil Engineering, or Real Estate Management.
