Job Summary

This full-time role seeks a passionate UI/UX Designer to shape the user experience for complex SaaS workflows within an innovative and dynamic start-up environment in the Zurich region. The core responsibilities include conceptualizing intuitive, brand-compliant user interfaces and developing high-fidelity, clickable prototypes for rapid hypothesis testing and stakeholder engagement. A key focus is defining and maintaining a robust design system to ensure platform-wide consistency, alongside conducting usability reviews to drive continuous improvement. Candidates must possess a degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, coupled with at least three years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within a SaaS context. Expertise in Figma, particularly working with components and design systems, is essential.
