Lead a team of approximately 15-20 service technicians in Rastede near Oldenburg. This role involves both technical and disciplinary leadership, focusing on team development, motivation, and performance. You will be responsible for the administration, organization, and coordination of the service technicians, conducting regular feedback sessions, and ensuring their equipment is up-to-date. The position requires close collaboration with interfaces, operational management, and the team itself to optimize material and logistics processes. You will also organize training and further education for the technicians, ensuring the quality of the assembly process in conjunction with quality inspectors.
