The Head of Organization and Personnel will directly manage seven staff members, overseeing both organizational development and personnel management. Key responsibilities include analyzing and optimizing organizational processes, driving digitalization, managing personnel affairs (including payroll and budget control), and advising management on legal and organizational matters. The ideal candidate will possess a qualification for the senior administrative service or a comparable background, with several years of experience in personnel and organization, strong knowledge of public sector employment law, and proven leadership capabilities.
