Job Summary

This role involves providing on-site IT support across approximately 60 locations, offering direct assistance to employees with their IT and technical questions. You will be responsible for installing and maintaining various IT systems, including client IT, networks, and point-of-sale workstations. The position also includes contributing to IT aspects of projects like new market openings, supporting the setup and maintenance of video surveillance, alarm, and telephone systems, and managing the selection, procurement, and installation of IT equipment. You will also coordinate with suppliers and partners. The ideal candidate possesses strong IT knowledge in hardware and software, good technical understanding, and practical skills for installations. Excellent communication in German and good text comprehension in English are required, along with a driver's license.
