Job Summary
Join our team as a Biogas/Hydrogen Engineer, responsible for the operational management and maintenance of gas supply facilities, including biogas and hydrogen injection plants, gas pressure regulation and measurement systems, and compressor stations. You will oversee electrical, remote control, and biogas conditioning systems. This role involves managing investment and maintenance projects, ensuring uninterrupted biogas supply, and adhering to regulatory inspection cycles. You will also analyze faults, conduct explosion protection checks, manage budgets, control service providers, and oversee project planning and execution, including tender documentation and site meetings. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Automation Engineering, with strong knowledge of DVGW and VDE regulations, and experience in gas supply systems.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Automation Engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience in the operation, planning, and construction of gas supply and injection systems across all pressure levels is advantageous.
- Experience in managing investment, maintenance, and repair measures.
- Experience in coordinating, leading, and monitoring planning and construction processes.
- Experience analyzing faults within mobile workforce management systems.
- Experience conducting explosion protection checks according to legal requirements.
