Job Summary
Join a leading financial services company founded in 1908, located in the heart of Munich. As a Digitalization Expert, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, optimizing, and automating business processes across various departments. Your responsibilities will include gathering and implementing business requirements using tools like JobRouter, UiPath Robotics, and AI technologies, as well as designing, implementing, and enhancing workflows. You will also be involved in developing software robots with UiPath, creating system interfaces, and coordinating external service providers. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the company's digital strategy, identify innovative solutions, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners. The role requires a proactive approach to adopting new technologies and a strong analytical mindset.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in analyzing, optimizing, and automating business processes
- Experience in gathering, evaluating, and implementing business requirements
- Experience in the conception, implementation, and further development of workflows
- Experience in developing and connecting interfaces between different systems and applications
- Experience in controlling and coordinating external service providers
- Experience in developing and advancing the company-wide digital strategy
- Experience in identifying, evaluating, and implementing innovative solutions and new technologies
- Experience in documenting solutions and supporting tests, rollouts, and user training
Languages
Additional
- Proficiency in PHP and Java programming is advantageous. Knowledge of JobRouter, UiPath, RPA technologies, or comparable workflow systems is a plus. Strong analytical thinking and a structured, careful, and solution-oriented approach are required. High commitment and pronounced quality and service orientation are expected. Enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration with different specialist areas.
