Job Summary
The STETTER GmbH, a leader in concrete mixer, plant, and recycling plant technology, is seeking a qualified and dedicated professional for their finance department. This role involves preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB (and potentially IFRS), managing fixed asset accounting, and serving as the primary contact for auditors. You will analyze and address accounting and tax-related issues, handle reporting, and prepare accruals. The position also includes developing liquidity plans, contributing to process digitalization with systems like SAP and Lucanet, and supporting management on financial matters. The ideal candidate has a commercial apprenticeship or tax assistant background, several years of accounting experience, strong HGB knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Required Skills
Education
Completed commercial apprenticeship or training as a Tax Assistant. Further training as a Senior Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) is desirable but can be acquired with company support.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in accounting or financial accounting
- Professional experience in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Professional experience in fixed asset accounting
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Experience in process digitalization, automation, and optimization is advantageous
