Job Summary

AlphaConsult Premium KG is seeking an IT Specialist for System Integration in Cologne. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving IT system issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, performing system updates and upgrades, and supporting users with technical questions. You will also be tasked with creating and updating system documentation and assisting with IT project implementation. The ideal candidate will have a completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist in System Integration or a comparable qualification, along with solid knowledge of network technology, operating systems (Windows/Linux), server administration, and virtualization technologies like VMware. Strong communication, customer orientation, initiative, and teamwork skills are essential.
