Job Summary

This role involves project support and monitoring for new, renovated, and expanded building technology projects, with a specific focus on safety-related building equipment. You will review planning documents, conduct site inspections, and assist in developing concepts for system modernization. The position requires coordinating construction measures, including acceptance and testing, and managing project-related costs. You will also be responsible for creating technical documentation, participating in tender processes, and communicating with various project stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a technical qualification in electrical engineering, electronics, or information technology, with a strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure and security systems. This is a permanent, full-time position within the Building Technology department, specializing in security systems.

Required Skills

Education

State-certified Technician, Master Craftsman, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Information Technology.

Experience

  • Professional experience in project support and monitoring for new, renovation, or expansion projects, focusing on safety-related building equipment.
  • Experience with security systems such as fire protection, intrusion detection, personal safety, alarm, and communication systems.
  • Experience with voice alarm systems and knowledge of official application procedures.
  • Experience in reviewing planning documents, including specifications and revision documents.
  • Experience in coordinating construction measures, including acceptance and testing.
  • Experience in managing project-related costs and cost controls.
  • Experience in creating technical documentation such as requirements specifications, implementation concepts, and interface descriptions.
  • Experience in participating in tender and awarding procedures.
