Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Technical Manager to lead our RetroFit/Intralogistics Systems - Technology department. In this role, you will be responsible for personnel management, order processing, and the continuous development of a team of approximately twelve employees. You will oversee project management, including resource planning, defining project phases, and monitoring progress against quality, time, and budget. This position also involves participating in the on-call duty rotation, supporting technical sales during the offer phase, and ensuring the quality of our processes. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering, strong knowledge of automation and drive technology, and ideally, prior leadership experience.
