Job Summary

We are seeking a Referent for Administration, Organization, and Projects to join our team in a part-time capacity (25-30 hours/week) with an indefinite contract. This role involves supporting management in organizational and strategic matters, coordinating internal processes, acting as a liaison with departments and service providers, and contributing to projects and digitalization initiatives. You will also be responsible for creating concepts, presentations, decision papers, and managing the application and support of funding projects, as well as organizing events and internal communications. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Social Management, Administration, or a comparable qualification, analytical and solution-oriented working methods, strong initiative, and proficiency with digital applications and AI. Experience in the social sector or with association structures is desirable. This is an attractive opportunity to contribute to organizational development within a supportive team environment.
