Job Summary

The Sennegemeinde Hövelhof is seeking an engaged Project Coordinator to drive digitalization, IT, and process management initiatives within the Staff Unit for Future Topics, Organization, and IT (ZOI). This role focuses on implementing municipal digitalization and e-government projects, including AI-supported solutions, digital forms and workflows using the FormCycle low-code platform, and establishing strategic process management. Key responsibilities involve planning, coordinating, and monitoring digitalization projects, developing digital forms and workflows, supporting digital and AI-driven administrative processes, and contributing to the development of process management. The ideal candidate will have a relevant vocational training or a university degree in fields like Business Informatics, Public Administration Informatics, Digital Business Management, or Project Management, along with practical experience in project work, process management, IT, or digitalization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational, communication, and moderation skills are essential. Education

Completed relevant vocational training (e.g., Public Administration Specialist with Angestelltenlehrgang I or II, IT Specialist, Office Clerk for Digitalization Management) OR a completed university degree (e.g., Business Informatics, Public Administration Informatics, Digital Business Management, Project Management, Process Management, Industrial Engineering, Change and Innovation Management) or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Knowledge or initial practical experience in project work, process management, IT, digitalization, or administrative modernization.
  • Experience with FormCycle, low-code platforms, DMS, AI applications, or digital administrative procedures is advantageous.
  • Good understanding of IT processes, digital technologies, and current developments.
  • Driving license Class B required.
