Job Summary
This role is a key interface between team leadership, installation personnel, and quality management, focusing on optimizing processes and enhancing installation quality within the intelligent metering sector. You will be responsible for supporting team leadership in process organization and documentation, acting as a technical point of contact for installation staff, and developing practical installation guides. The position involves training internal employees and service providers, planning and monitoring installation capacities, analyzing and improving installation processes (especially for smart meter rollouts, fault handling, and quality checks), and overseeing order processing. You will also mentor apprentices, conduct quality monitoring, and contribute to planning and quality assurance measures. This role requires a strong background in electrical engineering, project management experience, and excellent PC skills, offering an attractive salary and the possibility of mobile work.
Required Skills
Education
Completed (Bachelor's) degree with an electrical engineering background, OR an electrical engineering apprenticeship with professional experience and further qualification as a Master Craftsman or Technician.
