Job Summary
This role is responsible for driving digitalization and optimizing business processes within a family-owned international company specializing in wood construction components. You will lead projects for new software implementations, identify and implement AI solutions for process improvement, and act as a central interface between departments, IT, internal development, and external service providers. Key responsibilities include managing integrations, coordinating system interfaces, conducting user training, and analyzing existing processes. The ideal candidate has a degree in Business Informatics or a related field, or equivalent experience, strong technical understanding of IT systems and integration concepts (like REST APIs), and a solid grasp of business processes and digital workflows.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Business Informatics or comparable qualification. Alternatively, relevant vocational training with corresponding professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in software solution implementation and process management
- Experience in identifying and evaluating AI applications for process optimization
