Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Team Lead for Electronics Manufacturing to oversee a team of approximately 12 employees. This role involves hands-on production of various components such as coin validators, coin hoppers, power supplies, and complete vending machine units, including final assembly and testing. You will be responsible for conducting functional and quality checks, performing service and repairs, managing work assignments, onboarding new staff, and planning resources and vacations. Additionally, you will manage material procurement, process manufacturing orders, monitor production schedules and equipment, track quality metrics, and ensure adherence to manufacturing specifications. The ideal candidate has a technical background in electronics or mechatronics, prior team leadership experience, and a proactive, independent work style.
