Job Summary

Join a leading cold-rolled strip steel manufacturer as a Materials Tester in their laboratory. You will be responsible for preparing, planning, and executing destructive material tests to determine material properties such as yield strength, tensile strength, elongation, and hardness. Your duties will also include chemical analysis, preparing and evaluating polished samples, performing dimensional checks, and creating acceptance test certificates. You will document test results and laboratory protocols, and support quality assurance and projects. The ideal candidate has completed training as a Materials Tester or a comparable qualification, possesses initial professional experience in material testing, and is proficient with MS Office and specific testing software. Reliability, diligence, teamwork, and a willingness to work shifts and weekends are essential.
