Job Summary

The City of Burgau is seeking a full-time, permanent Construction Technician to join their team. This role involves comprehensive planning, tendering, and awarding of construction services, as well as technical and infrastructural building management, including maintenance and energy management. You will also coordinate external utility provider projects, oversee broadband expansion initiatives, monitor road conditions and maintenance, and manage related projects and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a degree as a state-certified technician, preferably in construction technology, or a comparable qualification in electrical, HVAC, or environmental engineering. Experience in public procurement law, construction law, and tendering software is desirable. A valid driver's license class B is required. This position offers a dynamic and responsible role within a family-friendly municipality.
