Job Summary
As an Implementation Specialist focusing on EDI, you will be instrumental in managing and executing customer projects for cloud-based messaging solutions, specifically EDI, E-Invoicing, and IDP services. Your day-to-day will involve translating business requirements into technical specifications, configuring and validating EDI mappings and workflows, and supporting E-Invoicing onboarding in line with global standards. You will also configure IDP environments and ensure compliance with security and audit requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, a detail-oriented approach, and excellent communication abilities, acting as a key technical contact for customers during implementation. - Professional experience in managing and implementing customer projects for EDI, E-Invoicing and IDP services
- Experience with common EDI mappings and workflows (e.g., Order, Order Confirmation, Delivery Schedule, Delivery Notification, Invoice)
- Experience with E-Invoicing frameworks (e.g., Peppol, ZUGFeRD, XRechnung, FatturaPA)
- Familiarity with ERP/B2B integration systems (e.g., SAP IDoc, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Experience in performing end-to-end testing with customers
- Experience acting as a technical contact for customers during implementation phases
