Job Summary

This role involves operating, setting up, and monitoring Surface Mount Device (SMD) assembly machines in a production environment. You will be responsible for assembling and processing printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to technical specifications, performing machine setups, and managing program and material changes. Key duties include quality control of manufactured assemblies, rework, working with assembly plans and technical drawings, and supporting error analysis. The ideal candidate possesses a completed apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems or a comparable technical qualification, with prior experience in electronics manufacturing being advantageous. Strong knowledge of SMD technology and machine control/production software (ICC) is mandatory. A meticulous, precise, and quality-conscious work ethic, along with teamwork and responsibility, are essential.
