Job Summary
We are seeking a Civil Engineer specializing in the planning of bridges and tunnels to join our Traffic and Civil Engineering Department. In this role, you will coordinate and manage complex, high-difficulty engineering and bridge construction projects. Your responsibilities will include managing tender processes, overseeing planning contracts, reviewing planning documents, and contributing to approval procedures. You will also analyze condition assessments, develop investment plans, and prepare materials for committees and public relations. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable field, at least two years of experience in project work, and two years of experience in planning civil and traffic infrastructure. Strong knowledge of administrative and planning law for traffic facilities and HOAI application is also required.

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the planning of civil and traffic route construction
- Professional experience in public service (advantageous)
