Job Summary

Join the State Office for Surveying and Geoinformation in Schleswig-Holstein as a System Engineering Administrator. In this full-time, permanent role, you will be responsible for planning and executing hardware and software integration, collaborating closely with service providers, resolving application and system issues, and conducting user training. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Engineering (Dipl.-Ing. (FH)/B. Eng./B. Sc.) in Computer Science, Geoinformatics, or Geoinformation, or a comparable degree; OR eligibility for career group 2, 1st entry level, in 'Technical Services', career path 'Geoinformation Technology' (formerly upper-level surveying administration service).

Experience

  • Professional experience in system administration
  • Experience with software package creation and installation is desirable
  • Experience with other operating systems (e.g., MacOS) is desirable
  • Advanced network knowledge (e.g., CISCO components) is desirable
