Join our passionate IT team as an IT Service Desk Agent in Essen or Muttenz. You will be the primary point of contact for IT inquiries from our retail and administrative locations, ensuring prompt and service-oriented resolution. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing and resolving first-level IT issues using common support and remote tools, managing incoming tickets, ensuring Service Level Agreements are met, and keeping users informed. You'll also handle administrative tasks like password resets and user authorizations, escalating complex issues as needed.
