Job Summary

We are seeking a Chemical Technician (m/w/d) for our client, Evonik, at their Darmstadt location. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various warehouses, including chemicals, laboratory equipment, gases, and solvents. Your duties will involve receiving goods, performing quality control, proper storage, and preparing materials for dispatch. You will also advise customers on chemical products, suppliers, and safety data sheets, and conduct laboratory services such as ordering, product research, and filling. The ideal candidate will have a completed apprenticeship as a Chemical Technician or a comparable qualification, knowledge of handling hazardous materials, and ideally experience in warehouse management. Strong German language skills, a customer-friendly demeanor, and a careful, reliable work ethic are essential.
