Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of internal, external, and green spaces for a reputable client in the Gelsenkirchen area. Your responsibilities will include reporting defects, performing minor repairs (including electrical and painting tasks), assisting with internal relocations and event support, managing company vehicles, and handling material transport via forklift. The ideal candidate will have a completed apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician (Energy and Building Technology, Industrial Engineering, Automation Technology, or Mechanical and Plant Engineering) or a comparable qualification, along with professional experience in similar tasks. A Class B driver's license and a forklift license are mandatory.
