This role involves actively shaping and executing recruiting processes for a public administration body. You will manage, moderate, and support selection procedures for leadership and key positions, providing professional advice to decision-makers. A key aspect is developing and implementing an efficient, future-oriented recruiting strategy, enhancing quality and comparability. You will also contribute to employer branding and marketing efforts, collaborating with internal and external partners. The position requires a university degree, significant recruiting experience, expertise in structured interviews, strong stakeholder management skills, and a structured approach. Ideally, you will have knowledge of aptitude diagnostics and public sector recruitment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Bachelor) in Public Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or Humanities, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of experience in recruiting, ideally in complex selection processes
  • Routine in conducting structured interviews and selection processes
  • Experience in the further development of recruiting structures is advantageous
  • Professional experience in human resources
