Job Summary

KONE is seeking a Team Lead / Master Technician for their Service Repair business in the Frankfurt am Main/Offenbach area. This role involves planning and coordinating repair services, managing customer interactions, obtaining supplier quotes, ordering materials, and overseeing subcontractor services. You will be responsible for capacity and deployment planning, leading a team of approximately 5 employees, and ensuring full compliance with occupational safety regulations. The position also includes supporting offer creation, coordinating acceptances, processing performance records, and compiling technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have a completed apprenticeship as a Master Technician in electrical or metal fields, relevant professional and leadership experience, cost and responsibility awareness, customer orientation, strong communication and organizational skills, and a high affinity for digital technologies. Travel within the Frankfurt area and a Class B driver's license are also required.
