Job Summary
This role is for an experienced IT Application Engineer focusing on Windows and PowerShell to support and develop an application landscape for a company in the gaming and gambling sector. You will be involved in the entire lifecycle of software solutions, from conception to implementation, including developing new applications and enhancing existing ones. The position requires user support for standard and custom applications, including on-call duty, and 2nd-level support. The ideal candidate will have a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach, a broad skillset as a generalist, and a strong interest in new technologies. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or a degree in Computer Science/Business Informatics (e.g., Fachinformatiker/in or Bachelor of Science)
Experience
- Professional experience in application development and database support
- Experience in web development (HTML, JavaScript, PHP, CSS)
- Experience with PowerShell scripting
- Experience with SQL for database queries is desirable
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration (Teams, SharePoint) is desirable
