Job Summary
elko Facility Management GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a Property Manager to oversee and organize multiple properties within their Blue Facility Services division. This role involves coordinating facility services, managing external contractors, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and contractual obligations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, colleagues, and service providers, leading meetings, site inspections, and evaluations. The position also includes responsibility for processing tenders, preparing offers, and managing budgets, materials, and economic efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a degree in business, technical, or management fields, or a technical/commercial apprenticeship with additional Facility Management qualifications, along with basic knowledge of building operations. Strong organizational skills, self-reliance, excellent social competence, and proficiency in MS Office are essential.
