Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Chemical Production Specialist to join a leading chemical and pharmaceutical company in Darmstadt. In this full-time, permanent role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and controlling production and filling systems, adding raw materials, performing in-process controls, taking samples, and conducting cleaning and setup tasks. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and calibration/maintenance work. The ideal candidate has a completed apprenticeship in a chemical field, such as Chemical Production Specialist or Chemist, with prior experience in chemical production. GMP knowledge is a plus. Strong German language skills, reliability, and a willingness to work in a full continuous shift system are required. This position offers competitive hourly pay starting at €21.22 (plus potential for up to €25.23 based on qualifications/experience), shift allowances, travel cost support, and a €750 hiring bonus.
