Job Summary
This role involves managing inventory data within the company's core system, ensuring high service and quality levels in daily operations, and supporting the IT team with tickets and requests. You will be responsible for coordinating hardware procurement, managing internal distribution and returns of IT hardware from the central warehouse, and handling repairs and warranty claims. Additionally, you will contribute to IT projects such as hardware rollouts and inventory process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a relevant vocational training (e.g., IT specialist), experience in support or warehouse management, strong service orientation, good IT knowledge (especially Microsoft Office), and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
