Job Summary

Join a dynamic team developing cutting-edge electronics for inertial sensors and fiber-optic gyroscopes (FOG). As an FPGA Development Engineer, you will be instrumental in the hardware design, FPGA programming, and system prototyping for IMU systems. Your responsibilities will include testing, commissioning, debugging, and verifying assemblies, while also supporting international certifications like DO-254 and MIL-STD-461. This role offers a permanent contract, 30 days of vacation, and potential for home office after individual project agreement. You'll work in a high-tech environment with direct reporting to development management, collaborating on innovative solutions at the highest engineering level.

Required Skills

Education

Engineering degree or comparable qualification/professional experience

Experience

  • Several years of experience in (sensor-near) electronics development with a focus on FPGA and digital electronics
  • Professional experience in FPGA development (Vivado, Quartus, VHDL/Verilog)
  • In-depth experience in developing digital circuits and implementing/verifying complex functional flows on FPGAs (Intel/Altera & AMD/Xilinx), ASICs, and microcontrollers
  • Experience in the development, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits and systems
  • Experience supporting international certifications (e.g., DO-254, MIL-STD-461)
