Job Summary
Join the Elbe Kliniken group, a major employer in the region, as a Medical Technology Administrator. In this full-time role, you will manage data and documentation within the maintenance planning system (HSD NOVA-FM), oversee invoices and payments, and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines for healthcare operators. You will also coordinate appointments, take minutes, and act as a key communication link between internal departments, external companies, and the medical technology team. The ideal candidate has a completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally some experience in administration or as a team assistant, a basic technical understanding, and proficiency in MS Office. Strong organizational, communication, and independent working skills are essential.
