Team Lead, Electronic Maintenance | Teamleitung elektronische Instandhaltung (m/w/d)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Team Lead for Electronic Maintenance to oversee the smooth operation of all electrical systems. This role involves leading, motivating, and developing a team of over five employees. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing maintenance and repair concepts, contributing to operational and production planning, and ensuring efficiency improvements. Key duties also include participation in energy management, ensuring compliance with safety regulations (work safety, fire protection, hazardous substances, EMC), and creating instructions for qualified personnel. The ideal candidate will have a master craftsman qualification in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification, 3-5 years of experience in maintenance, and expertise as an SPS (Programmable Logic Controller) specialist. Strong leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential, along with knowledge of relevant German regulations (DGUV V3, BetrSichV, VDE) and experience with electromechanical systems. Proficiency in MS Office, Windows, ACAD, and specialized software is also required.
