Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Administrator (m/w/d) to join the Personnel Management department in a part-time capacity (approx. 29 hours). Your primary responsibilities will include personnel administration for the nursing homes of the Unterallgäu district and the vocational school association. This involves preparing and issuing employment contracts, templates, certificates, staffing plans, and general correspondence, as well as digitizing documents and maintaining time tracking for the district nursing homes. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, service-oriented, possesses strong organizational skills, and has experience in public administration. This role offers an interesting and varied workplace with compensation according to TVöD EGr. 8 or BayBesG A 8.

Completed vocational training as an Administrative Specialist (m/w/d), Examination I for Employees, or alternatively, qualification for the 2nd career level in 'Administration and Finance'.
