Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Head of ERP Management in organizing SAP operations and preparing for future leadership responsibilities within the Digitalization & IT department. You will act as a key liaison between ERP Management, business departments, and executive leadership, while also actively supporting the continuous development of your team. A core part of your day-to-day will be advising business units on optimizing SAP business processes, defining SAP standards across the group, and managing regular ERP Management meetings. You will also serve as the interface with external service providers and system vendors, prepare decision papers for management, and contribute to SAP S/4 transition preparations, potentially leading SAP sub-projects.
