Job Summary

We are seeking a Training Developer to join our administration team in Berlin. In this role, you will be responsible for the conceptualization, creation, and production of online training units, with a specific focus on the needs of the Ostdeutsche Instandhaltungsgesellschaft (ODIG). Your day-to-day tasks will involve developing storyboards, producing media content (audio, video, graphics), implementing online training modules, and creating electronic tests for learning assessment. You will also manage the company-wide online training platform and act as a liaison between departments and ODIG. The ideal candidate will have a background in media or web design, experience in e-learning development, proficiency in image/video editing software and HTML, and strong German language skills.
