Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or degree in IT, Informatics, or a related field (or comparable experience)
Experience
- At least 1 year in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Technical Customer Service
- Professional experience in Windows and Linux environments
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policies
- Experience with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with remote support tools
