This position requires a degree or technician qualification in a relevant technical field (e.g., Smart Building, HVAC, Energy Technology), extensive experience in HVAC, control strategies, thermodynamics, and operational data analysis, along with proven project management skills and several years of experience in building operations or facility services. Proficiency in simulation tools like MATLAB/Simulink and advanced Excel skills are essential.
