Job Summary
Join a leading company in building decarbonization as the Head of Service & Operations and drive the energy transition. You will lead and develop the service organization, defining international processes and scaling operations. Responsibilities include managing support levels, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and optimizing processes through data analysis. You will also drive digital transformation of internal systems and the ticketing system, manage customer expectations across the building lifecycle, and handle escalations. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical understanding in building services (HVAC, MSR, automation), thermodynamic knowledge, affinity for IoT (LoRaWAN), IT, and complex systems. Excellent communication, self-reliance, structure, and a responsible approach are essential.
