Job Summary
Join a rapidly growing digital agency group as a Finance Automation & AI Engineer. In this role, you will be instrumental in rebuilding the finance and back-office operations from the ground up, leveraging AI and automation. Your day-to-day will involve building AI-driven accounting processes, orchestrating AI agents for back-office tasks, integrating various financial systems via APIs, and developing live reporting dashboards. You will collaborate closely with the accounting team, management, and the internal AI & software development team (ORCAYA). This position offers a unique opportunity to shape a new financial stack with significant autonomy, budget, and direct access to leadership, working with a flexible hybrid model in Stuttgart.
Required Skills
Education
Mix of Business Administration (BWL), Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik), Finance, or Accounting background. Cross-industry professionals explicitly welcome.
Experience
- Professional experience in finance, accounting, business informatics, or a related field combined with IT/coding affinity
- Experience with accounting fundamentals (account assignment, document flow, VAT, payment runs)
- Solid proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with workflow automation tools and APIs
- Daily work with LLMs and understanding of AI applications
- Experience with AI IDEs and rapid prototyping
- Experience in designing scalable, multi-tenant solutions
