Your day-to-day will involve remote system monitoring from our Hamburg location, proactive incident management, and detailed documentation of system data and solutions. You'll collaborate closely with Engineering and Field Operations to resolve technical issues, while also driving process optimization through automation and workflow improvements. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, experience in technical support, and a passion for innovative technologies. You will be a key interface between customers, field operations, and internal teams, ensuring seamless service and continuous improvement in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Experience
- Professional experience in technical support (e.g., 1st/2nd Level, IT Operations, Incident Response)
- Experience with modern technology environments
