Join a mission to shape a sustainable world as a Maintenance Leader in Nachterstedt. You will lead and develop an engineering team within a recycling plant, focusing on continuous optimization of facilities and systems. Your responsibilities include analyzing and resolving equipment failures, organizing planned maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and company standards. You will collaborate closely with EHS and Reliability/Engineering teams to identify and implement improvements, manage supplier relationships, and monitor maintenance costs. This role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanics, or Mechanical Engineering, extensive experience in operational maintenance within a manufacturing company, and proven leadership skills to foster team growth and uphold company culture.
