Job Summary
The eva Evangelische Gesellschaft Stuttgart e.V. is seeking a part-time Management Assistant for their Work-Employment-Training (ABA) department, starting September 1st, 2026. This role supports management and team leads with organizational and administrative tasks, including report creation, financial planning, and acting as a liaison with various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, basic business administration knowledge, excellent communication, and a proactive, structured work approach. While not a prerequisite, experience at the intersection of social work and administration is a plus. This is a fixed-term position until April 4th, 2027, with potential for extension.
