Job Summary

KNDS Deutschland is seeking a Project Manager to lead national and international projects within the Simulation and Training domain. You will be responsible for defining, steering, and coordinating stakeholder activities to achieve project goals, acting as the interface between clients and contractors. Key tasks include participating in contract negotiations, internal and external reporting, and leading project teams to ensure efficient collaboration and successful project execution. This role requires managing project activities within schedule and budget, overseeing communication, ensuring quality standards, stakeholder management, change management, risk management, and conflict resolution. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, or Engineering, or a comparable qualification, with proven project management experience.
