Job Summary
Join ASTRUM IT as a Software Developer focused on Test Management Tooling within the medical technology sector. You will work in an agile team on challenging applications, responsible for implementing and maintaining development tooling. This includes developing and maintaining software solutions using C# and .NET, particularly WPF-based desktop applications, and designing REST interfaces for system integration. A key aspect of this role involves administrative support and contribution to test management tooling, specifically with OpenText Quality Center. You'll collaborate with subject matter experts and integration test managers to refine requirements and document test environments. The ideal candidate possesses a MINT degree or equivalent, several years of agile software development experience, and strong C#/.NET WPF skills, along with knowledge of software testing and management tools.
Required Skills
Education
Completed MINT degree (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Information and Communication Technology, Physics) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of experience in software development within an agile environment
- Professional experience in C#/.NET WPF programming
- Solid knowledge and experience in software testing and test management
- Practical experience with OpenText Quality Center or comparable tools (e.g., Polarion, Azure DevOps Test) is desirable
- Experience in test automation or strong interest in learning test automation is a plus
